We carry out robust analysis to identify the current internal and external context, performance dynamics, capabilities and goals of the relevant role/s. This can involve data collection (e.g. survey or interview) but we can often analyse organisation’s existing data such as engagement surveys, assessment data and so on. This, in itself, can provide additional valuable insights on causes of engagement, motivation etc.
